His Story

ROOTED IN COLORADO

Daniel learned to ski at Beaver Creek Resort in Colorado, where long runs and firm morning snow taught him balance, patience, and edge control. Early days on those hills shaped the instincts he carries into his racing development today.

SHARPENED IN AUSTRIA

Now based full-time in Salzburg, he trains SL, GS, and SuperG with WA Ski Race Club inside one of Europe’s most competitive junior systems.

Each on-snow and dry land training session focuses on technical precision, consistent technique, and building strength and endurance for the unique and challenging snow conditions.

DEVELOPING ACROSS EUROPE

Daniel trains and races primarily in Salzburgland and Tyrol, learning from different courses, snow conditions, and race cultures. Progress comes from repetition, disciplined habits, and competing against strong fields each weekend.

Across early-morning glacier sessions, race days in Salzburgland, and schoolwork in between, Daniel works with precision and consistency. SL, GS, and dryland training shape his technique through repetition and focused adjustments.

Each session strengthens his long-term plan: develop technical and race skills, physical fitness, and mental acuity that earns podiums on both continents.
